Eligibility
You must be 18 or older, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian to purchase.
Personal-use license
One purchase provides a license for one person. Do not share access links or sessions, resell access, or redistribute course material. Sharing may result in access being revoked after review. Sway retains ownership of its course content; purchasing access does not transfer ownership.
Payment
One-time payment. No subscription. No auto-renewal.
Access
Access guaranteed for a minimum of 24 months from purchase.
Refunds
14-day refund window, conditioned on completing the first two sections and the baseline drills, and requesting via the completed scorecard.
Upgrades
Foundation → System costs $201 (the $250 price minus what was already paid). One credit per customer. The same tier cannot be bought twice.
Results
No guaranteed employment, income, or close rate
Delivery
Sway provides self-paced educational content. After Stripe verifies payment, Sway sends a passwordless access link to the purchase email. Sway is not an employer, recruitment agency, or placement service.
California governing law
These Terms and disputes arising from your use of Sway are governed by California law, without applying conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, this choice does not remove protections that the law of your place of residence requires and that cannot be waived.
Disclaimer of warranties
Except for the express commitments in these Terms, including the stated access duration and refund policy, Sway is provided as is and as available. To the extent permitted by law, Sway disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Sway does not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation or any particular employment, income, or sales result. Warranties and consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain in effect.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Sway is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, arising from use of the service. Sway’s total liability for a claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. These limits do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, violations of law, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited. They do not reduce your rights under the stated refund policy or other mandatory consumer rights.
Changes to these Terms
Sway may update these Terms and will post the revised text and effective date on this page. Material changes affecting existing customers will be communicated to their purchase email before taking effect. Changes will not apply retroactively to disputes or reduce the access duration or refund rights agreed at purchase without the customer’s express agreement. Where the law requires consent to a change, Sway will request it.
